We’re big fans of smoothies because they are nutrient dense, tasty and a great opportunity to experiment with a variety of fruits, vegetables and nut butters.

Amplify your morning smoothie game with three of these high powered smoothies that are easy to make and take on-the-go.

Acai Adventure

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen acai berries (or pre-made acai blend)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice

Tropical Banana Berry Bliss

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice

Berry Nutty Superfood Sipper

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai berries (or pre-made acai blend)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 scoop unsweetened hemp protein (or 3-4 tbsp ground hempseed)
  • 1 cup of ice
